We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please make sure to initiate your return within this timeframe.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. Once you’ve contacted us to initiate a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns. The amount you paid for your items will be fully refunded, excluding any shipping costs if applicable.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at allieandcoboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a pre-paid return label.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be returned within the 14-day return window.
- No Final Sale Items: We do not carry final sale items, so all products in our boutique are eligible for return unless they have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Exceptions
- We do not accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or damaged after the product has been delivered to you.
- Items purchased during special promotions or sales may have specific return terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
