Processing Time:
We process all orders within 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via your selected shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred shipping speed. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes. However, please note that some shipping carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are unable to select a P.O. Box address at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Delays & Issues:
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives promptly, shipping times can sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. If your order has been delayed, we will do our best to assist you.
